Terms of use

1. Licence

Buying a document gives the buyer a non-exclusive licence to use and adapt it for their own organisation. Reselling, sharing publicly or uploading it elsewhere is not allowed.

2. Nature of documents

Documents are guidance templates. The buyer is responsible for adapting, validating and approving them under applicable regulations and their own quality system. See the full Disclaimer.

3. Seller responsibilities

Sellers confirm that each upload is their own original work and contains no confidential information of any employer or client. SOPBazaar may remove any document and suspend any account that breaks this rule, and may withhold earnings from such documents.

4. Earnings, KYC and payouts

Seller share follows the seller's level at the time of sale. Before any payout, the seller must complete KYC with their PAN, address and a bank account or UPI ID in their own name. Payouts are made monthly to KYC-verified sellers only. Tax may be deducted at source where the law requires it. Earnings on refunded or disputed orders may be reversed.

5. Liability

SOPBazaar is not liable for regulatory outcomes, inspection findings or losses arising from use of any document.

6. Accounts

Users must give a correct name, email and mobile number. One person may hold only one seller account. We may suspend accounts that give false details or misuse the site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Chandpur, District Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, India. Complaints can also be raised with our Grievance Officer (see Customer support).
