Privacy policy

We collect your name, email address and mobile number when you sign up. Our admin team can see these details to support your orders, verify sellers and contact you about your account. We use your email to log you in, your order details to deliver documents and issue invoices, and, for sellers, the UPI ID used for payouts. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store card details.

For sellers we also collect PAN, address and bank or UPI details for KYC, payouts and tax compliance; these are stored privately and seen only by the seller and our admin team. We keep KYC and payout records for as long as tax law requires. When you request a service quote, we use your name, company, email and phone only to respond to that request. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing support.
